These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the VerSprite LLC SMS Alerts program for authorized client contacts.
Program description
VerSprite uses its SMS notification service to send non-promotional, recurring service messages about NOC/SOC monitoring, detected network or security events, incident progress, and related operational updates to consenting client security contacts.
Enrollment and consent
Recipients participate only after personally consenting to receive SMS messages from VerSprite for this purpose through VerSprite's signed consent form process. Consent is voluntary and not required to purchase any unrelated products or services. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency varies based on monitored events and incident activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sending or receiving SMS; VerSprite does not control those charges.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from VerSprite SMS alerts at any time. You may receive a confirmation message, after which alerts will stop for that subscription. To resume, new consent is required.
Reply HELP for help or contact your VerSprite representative or visit our company contact page for assistance with the SMS program or notification settings.
Delivery limitations
SMS is a supplemental notification channel. Delivery timing and availability depend on telecommunications carriers and other systems. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use SMS as the sole channel for time-critical emergency response.
